I have used EFT in classrooms with younger children and reading aloud, test anxiety, and listening to lessons. At times I simplify the tapping to offer students a more discreet option that they can use whenever they need to, during class. I have had students improve their confidence, their test scores, and their information retention and comprehension using tapping.

I love to pilot small planes, sing, and challenge myself with new experiences. Below is one way that I used Tapping with myself to dissolve what was only a perceived hurdle in fulfilling a goal.
"I sing, and I love to perform, and often stress and anxiety of having many people staring at me takes away from the fun and the fluidity of fully expressing myself through song. When a fundraising gig with a very large audience asked my trio to perform, I enthusiastically said yes, and knew I had one month to do a lot of tapping work. I tapped the fear of not hitting my notes, missing my cues, and forgetting lyrics. I also tapped the stress of having hundreds of eyes on me. I tapped through “the worst case scenario”, and the deep down handicapping issues of non-acceptance, inadequancy, and limited self-expression. I tapped in assurance, confidence, presence, and ease.
The night of the performance, 300 people heard my voice smile through the microphone. Not only did I easefully deliver every tune, I was completely relaxed, and had enormous fun doing it! It was a lot of tapping work, and I am so happy that I had the tools to help me fulfill a big-scale wish."
